Important Changes for Everyone PLEASE READ


To All Valued Yonge & St. Clair Tanning Spa Clients

It has come to our attention, that after 3 months, many have been booking appointments and either not showing up or have been calling to cancel on very short notice. Please understand, that during this pandemic we have been trying to keep everyone safe and operate our business as best and as efficient as possible. This means we are seeing less people than usual because of our commitment to keeping everyone SAFE. Time slots are valuable, and some individuals have made this hard.

Therefore, effective immediately, we will give priority appointments for our members with active packages.  However, any appointment made and not cancelled within 3 hours of the appointment will result in that tan being lost. This also applies for no shows. If you can not commit, please just walk in.

Any non active package member who wishes to make an appointment (pay as you go), MUST PAY for their service a head of time with a Credit Card.  If you do not show up or cancel within 3 hours of the appointment, NO Refund or CREDIT will be given. If you also can not commit, please just walk in.
